Reposition laundry plumbing (+other small jobs)

Hi we are redoing our laundry. The supertub is in one corner. We want this removed - and plumbed in OUTSIDE if that's possible (advice required). We then would like the plumbing in the laundry repositioned to put a laundry sink centralised under the window (see photo) with a tap for a washing machine. We don't have the sink/tap etc. yet - that will need another callback to plumb that in properly once we're ready - but would like if possible to keep our washing machine functioning in the meantime. We would also like: 1) some advice about how to get rid of our swimming pool pump apparatus (the pool has been filled in) 2)outside tap maintenance as they're all annoyingly leaky. Soon! Thanks
