Leaky taps and glass shower door need new bottom strip
Job description
Two taps kitchen and laundry leaking, plug in spare bathroom getting stuck and gkass shower door bottom needs strip on it as water escaping shower and pools outside travelling towards carpet. Any electrical knowledge a bonus as need downlight checked at. Had a handyman before which was a bad experience so please only respond if u do have the knowledge

One tap is again leaking, do I pay another plumber now for a callout etc. Mr Smit advised he was tightening internally but that may not rectify problem, I was not given the option to call him back specifically which would have been appreciated. So I again have a leaking tap, what do I do? How do I know if Me Smit is a subcontractor or not, I assume so but thats not really a conversation you have

"Some strange comments here by the homeowner. I clearly told her that if the taps (two)leak after tightening of back nut,then call me back and I will replace the cartridge or the tap.Obviously It worked on one tap.I Always try and save my clients by trying the cheapest option first especially in this case as the taps were near new.The other strange request by the homeowner was she asked me to go and get a new shower strip from Mitre 10.This took time and was something she could have done herself"
