Plumber needed

Quote to shift pipes for new location of sink & dishwasher ready for new kitchen. May need/want to do in two stages, cap copper pipes so we can clear sink away ready for kitchen installation then return to put in new pipes or possibly could do this all at once before the kitchen installation next Thursday 15th Feb. Good access under house to do this, had a plumber already quote and saw no issue/ easy job but no longer can do the job. Also shift pipes for new basin & divert hose from washing machine. Photo shows blue tape on left where sink & dishwasher moving to.
