New HWC install

I am having a new log burner installed and need to have my very old HWC replaced with wetback. I have approval from EQC for this work but need a quote that assures "like for like" replacement (capacity) as well as a note stating that the existing HWC will not handle a new log burner (I have already been told this by a registered master builder). I need this done before winter as part of the EECA priority scheme.
