roof / spouting issue

After somebody to take a look at our rental property. We installed brand new spouting in 2020 and a brand new roof in 2021. And unfortunately we still face ongoing issues with water coming inside between the house and the conservatory. Everytime there’s a heavy downpour rain pours in. We have been told we possibly need another riser and downpipe for the storm water volume.
