Small wall movements of kitchen sink pipes and bathroom vanity pipes

Hello - We're renovating a house in Tikokino and have a couple of small plumbing jobs that we need some help with. We've removed the old kitchen and bathroom and need to move a couple of the sink wall fittings slightly. We also will have more plumbing work with new showers etc. Though the pipes are the first thing we need help with. Our ideal situation would be someone who could come and do the work in the weekend when we're onsite so that we could walk through the first round of changes. The pipes are copper and we're on tank water if that means anything.
