Leaking taps

I have a leaking laundry cold tap constantly dripping, as well as an outside tap leaking once on. I would also like the toilet checked as it has blocked a few times and seems to take a while to fill up. Separately I need a quote to connect hot water to the laundry as it only has cold, it is a 70s house, there is hot water through the wall from the kitchen.
