Drain laying and soak pit

To whom it may concern: I will soon be needing a sewage and water connection to my new house which is scheduled to be moved onto my section mid November. The section is 10 Macrocarpa Lane a new subdivision in Carterton. This is off Lincoln Road. The water toby is at the entrance of my section. I believe I also need a soak pit which has been drawn on my house plans and I would like to get some idea of what this will cost. The address again is 10 Macrocarpa Lane Carterton. The soak pit according to the approved files should be 1 meter wide, 1 meter deep and 3.7 meters long. The site plan is attached. It won't attach I will need your e-mail.
