Plumbing Installtion for Studio - Residential Dwelling

I'm building a studio in my 4 bay garage. I need plumbing for a shower, kitchen sink, dishwasher and a hot water heat pump. I will have a composting toilet and soak pit, so I will not need to connect to the mains. I will have tank water. The floors are concrete. I have applied for a building permit. Thes estimate below does not include costs for appliances or the heat pump.
