Leaking pipes between celing and floor board

652 Sandringham Rd. This is a 2 level unit, top flat and the lower basement flat. We found water dripping from the edges of the plastic thumb nails in the ceiling of the basement, which is the floor board of the upper flat. The small pipes between ceiling and the floor board are bursting with small fine holes, I assum. This needs urgent fixing

Toilet not flushing

Leak fix near main water valve

Water leaking from a point between the main valve on the street and my house. (the leakage is very close to the main valve). If I shut off the main valve the leak stops. I dug a hole 50 cm away from the main valve and found exactly where the leak is. Need someone to come over and fix the leak please. Might require a little extra work since the pipe is under some concrete, and I'm not sure the hole I dug is big enough. Would be great to have it taken care of today, thanks.
