Ghost fill and wont stop trickling

Brand new toilet does a small ghost fill every 20-30 minutes , not even sure if it fills, but makes quite the noise. We have a small non stop trickle as well. If possible to fix tomorrow as I know that this will be a very simple and straight forward job , I just don't want to make it worse. Please quote straight away and save us all time thanks.
