Tap relocations

We are putting new bench tops into the kitchen and laundry, so want to lower the taps to below the new bench in both. Laundry: currently has 3 x pipes coming out of the wall. 2 (hot + cold) above the tub which we want to be lowered below the bench to allow the new tap to connect coming up through the bench, and also the washing machine to be connected. There is another capped off pipe coming out of the wall (see photos) which we’d like removed. Not sure whether this is live. We’ve never used it but it will be in the way of the new tiles. There is another tap below the bench which has the dish washer connected (see photos). It may be easiest to modify this to feed both the kitchen sink tap and the washing machine.
