My toilet is quite old and this morning has started over-filling itself continually. The plastic sheath where the water comes in has a split in it, not sure if this makes a difference but the water keeps filling up in the cistern and overflowing into the toilet. I can't turn the water off because the cistern sits on the tap so you can't turn it so I'm looking to replace the toilet ASAP today. I was going to replace the toilet anyway because its very loud when you go "number ones" ie the flow hits the water instead of hitting a part of the toilet. Please contact me ASAP and let me know whether this is possible to fix today. Thanks!!!
