Preparing pipe installation plan

My commercial unit without water supply is located above another unit with water supply and discharge points (inside a dry wall) . The owner of the unit beneath mine is willing to consider letting me connect my unit to their supply and discharge points if I provide them with a proper installation plan. For the installation, I prefer to use a private water meter for my unit for separate billing. I need someone to prepare the plan.
