Install vanity and shower rail

Hi there, House is in Avondale. Removing old vanity and installing new one. Install new shower rail and moving the mixer to the wall. Hoping to re use fitting etc as much as possible. We need it to a rentable standard but will be demolishing the bathroom in the next 2 years. Check out the pictures. My son is a builder and can re line, help with framing etc if needed.
