Job description

Renovation & Repair
Auckland

I have a laundry tap which is leaking. Has been for a while and damaged the floor. In the interim, it needs capping. I’ll need a new vanity unit and taps installed after the floor is repaired.

I could get a second husband easier than a plumber the second week of January. Josh agreed to come, arrived promptly, very promptly, capped the leaking laundry tap and was gone in way less than an hour. I really should retrain as a plumber I thought - great wee job with a $148 price tag, I thought. Then I discovered the other laundry tap was leaking. I would have though, as standard, this should have been checked but I guess when speeding in and out, that didn't occur.

"Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Price was given upfront and you still decided to have us come out to complete your job, and unfortunately this is not free. Sorry to hear you were unhappy with workmanship as we strive to have happy, repeat customers as you can see from all our previous reviews. When we came out to complete the job, your other laundry tap was not leaking at the time. If it had of been leaking, you would have received a call from us. Thanks."
