Job description
Called AA home response, as my Rheem electric hot water cylinder was not working. He checked out the electric switch + no issues, said would need a plumber to come out and change the rod, as it was faulty. He explained he had never changed one, so he asked me to put in a job to the AA home response team for a plumber.
