Drain laying work to install a AES septic system on Rakino Isaland

Looking for licensed drain layer to setup a few pipes and install a AES sewage treatment pipes on a place on Rakino Island. Looking for person that done the AES cert course, or willing to get AES cert (its free hr of videos to watch and 30min test) We at the about to submit to council stage, and need find a drain layer with AES cert So not a now thing, Just want to find out who can and would be willing to come to Rakino Island This is AES system referring to: --- Its basically a big version of Nova Flow on a sand bed That a septic tank connects to instead of pumping to a drip line field Way smaller land area need and all gravity feed
