Kitchen tap & toilet tank

Tap head just spins round and round like a loose screw. This has been fixed about 5months ago and two times before but it's broken again and we are without cold water. Toilet water after being flushed makes a gushing noise different to it refilling after being used. Would like for someone to come have a look and discuss our options for a new kitchen tap, provide us quotes and also take a look at the toilet tank. --- Update - we need this job completed by Friday 1 December evening due to hosting family.
