Water Leak Checks

Rental property. x3 tenants. Aug 22 - Feb 23 ave daily water usage ~400L in line with Watercares recommendations. Mar 23 - Oct 23 ave daily usage jumped to ~800L. No change to the number of people in the household. Would like to have checks done for leaks in all the obvious places kitchen taps, dish washer, washing machine, toilet, bathroom taps, shower and any other recommended areas. No hot water cylinder. Did a basic meter check 9pm at night to 7.30am - some water was being used by the tenants in the household during the period readings --- L). Unfortunately couldn't get a reading done with no usage.
