Water leak in Lounge & install floor drain

Please can I have a price for two issues: 1. A water leak in my lounge. The carpet is wet but I cannot see where the water is coming from. It does not appear to be coming from wall or roof. My house you can go underneath and I think the water is coming from a pipe underneath the house. 2. Install a floor drain underneath our washing machine - just in case the washing machine floods water outlet. 3. Investigate a shower leak? If possible? I would like the work to be done this Thursday 26 October 2023. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
