Reroute private drains
Job description
I’m going to add on a room. I need to divert PVC pipes around the edge of the proposed room. There are hedges close to the perimeter of the rooms so there could be tree roots to deal with. It’s very important to stay within about 600mm of the boundary. While the easement is 1m wide, we are building right to the line, and the pipes need to be safely clear of that. I’d like this done within the next 4 weeks if possible. Attached is the site plan showing where the pipes currently are - you can see the drains are currently going under the room. Adrian did an amazing job of rerouting some pipes on our section. His extensive knowledge meant that he knew exactly what he was doing and what problems he may encounter. The drains were about a metre deep and he dug them by hand which I thought was amazing. He was a machine, actually he was better than a machine, because he was able to be more precise and minimise disturbance to the rest of the property. He stuck to his quote and was always reliable and on time. Would highly recommend!
