Kitchen sink water tap (pullout faucet) needs replacement #2

Kitchen sink tap (pullout faucet) needs replacement with the new one. It is La Torre Tower kitchen sink tap 15 years old, and new tap is also La Torre tap almost the same model but brand new. For details about tap and hose, please see pictures attached. The space for work below the sink tap is tight. The job needs to be done in next two weeks, or will be postponed to the next month.
