We have a two storey house and one of the bathrooms on the top floor has sprung a leak causing water to drip on the group floor through the ceiling. We need a plumber/waterproofer to identify the source of the leak. Please note that insurance will potentially be involved in this job and we may need a report to be made for the insurance assessor.
