Build up of water ove flowing gully trap , due to slow drainage Would require resonable urgent attention....the property has 4 units, this is the first unit, drainage system flows down into a possible soak pit down the back by #4 unit, Being Mt ALbert, and volcanic, its possible over time,, the drain hasnt been cleared out for some time and is now in need of attention.
