Possible blocked drains - water not draining fast enough

Hi, So basically, the water in my kitchen sink and shower and downstairs bathtub isn't draining fast enough. I have two sinks in the kitchen and when I turn on the insinkerator with the water running, the water comes up in the other sink, so I think theres a blockage somewhere. Please reach out if you can help. I'm home on Wednesdays and weekends, and I'm available after 4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
