Drainage advice - pre-build

I want to add on a room but a portion of the room will have to go over existing underground pipes. My cross lease title was recently converted to freehold and in that process I got drainage plans with easements included. However, I still need advice about whether I can build over the pipes or if they should be re-routed. Ideally I’d like a quote for the assessment/advice and also for the cost of poptential drain works. I’m based in Mt Albert. I can send images of the cross lease title conversion plans if you think this is something you’d be able to do.
