Faulty pressure reducing feed valve
Job description
We had our water turned off by someone, and when Watercare were troubleshooting they installed a new meter. But luckily afterwards found a valve we didn't know about and turned it all back on. Ever since then the PRV has been dripping. We tried turning down the pressure. I twisted the top a bit thinking that may help. After attempting to remove it an issue arose in that there is not enough room to twist it off. I've made it worse and it's no longer a drip and just spurts out. Help is needed to replace this valve so that we have hot water again.
