Plumb in dishdraw and fix kitchen tap

I've recently moved and the house that I'm now in hasn't had a dishwasher before. I have a dish draw and I need it plumed in. The dish draw is in the kitchen upstairs. The pipes have already been put through the floor to the laundry which is directly below. I already have a drain hose extension. I just need it connected up. The cold tap in the kitchen has stopped working and needs fixing. The hot tap still works. Cold water in the rest of the house is fine.
