Plumbing to allow replacing of 2 small vanity units-Avondale
Job description
Hi I look after a commercial property in Lansford Crescent, Avondale which has suffered some storm water damage. The storm water from heavy rain flowed inside and caused 2 small kitchen vanity units to suffer damage to the board at the base and so we are replacing both units. I am looking for a fixed quote to carry out the necessary plumbing work to enable these 2 units to be replaced with new units and new taps. The vanity units and taps will be supplied by me, just need a plumber to disconnect the plumbing and reconnect to the new units. A builder will be on site to remove and replace the units. The unit shown in the photo with more plumbing underneath-I would like these pipes re-routed back into the back wall once the unit is removed as they should be, rather than butchering the side/rear of the unit to slide them past the pipes coming out of the side. Excellent communications. Turned up on time. Took care of the job quickly and efficiently. Very neat, tidy work. Cleaned up afterwards and took the rubbish away. Couldn’t ask for more. Very highly recommended.
