Council Compliant drainage to be laid for house

Job description

Drainlaying
Auckland

This is for a historical Auckland Council consent - that we never finalized. The last site inspection from the council said: Drainage inspection of SW/SS connections can be sighted at final inspection - leave ground open to view (Which was never completed) What was done - the plumber that installed our house guttering did put a new pipe underground to connect to existing pipe that goes to the soak pit and it has been backfilled. I've since realized we need a licensed drain layer. I meet with Akl council and this is there reply. Customer advised this has been backfilled. The following is required to support the missed drainage inspection: a/ PS3 from drain layer to include the foul and storm water test and what they have installed b/ As-built with dimensions c/ Photo of drain layers license d/ Photos of the SS/SW lines that have been backfilled to confirm Pipe sizes, bedding support, pipe falls, connections So I think we need to dig up and re-lay with correct pipes, supports etc and possibly leave the ground open for final inspection. Hope that makes sense. Thx Jynene

Scott came around and quoted the same day I called. Booked quickly plus great advice on council requirements. Fast, Efficient, Great Job. Once again helpful and handy to have around when the Auckland Council inspector arrived. Would definitely recommend.
