Matt promptly replied to my job, gave a quote as to his hourly rate, which I immediately accepted. He arrived the same day to complete the work , which he did to a high standard, and assessed other repair work needed, for completion under warranty. His manner was excellent, he was straight forward to deal with and efficient.
