1)Kitchen hot tap does not work. It’s been dodgy for a while and now no water comes out. It’s a wing lever with a soft close ( the same as used in medical use). Someone used it & pushed it hard to close. 2) bathroom tap needs adjusting, new in 2020, 3) loo sink tap not working properly, again someone closed it hard in the wrong direction
