Disconnect and install new Sink and tap for new benchtop installation

Hi there, We are getting a new benchtop and part of that we would like to replace the existing swollen cabinet for a new cabinet and change the existing double sink to a large single sink and install a new tap. Sink, tap and cabinet are purchased ready to go. Benchtop is still a few weeks off. I think this may need two call outs - one to readjust the plumbing in order to install new cabinet, and a second call out to reinstall new sink and kitchen tap once the benchtop is installed. Open to hourly rates or fixed fee. Kind regards,
