Move taps and waste for new kitchen

I'm replacing my kitchen, and the new sink is in a different position than the previous one. I need someone to move the fittings for the taps and dishwasher approx 60cm. I have removed the gib, so access to the pipework is very good. I'll like to have fittings with valves so that I can connect the flexihose to the tap in the countertop myself. I'd like this to be done sometime soon. There is a small leak, which I've managed for now, but getting these taps moved and new fittings will resolve the leak (it's coming from the current, old, fittings).
