Dig a drain along the base of an external concrete wall to allow waterproofing, the laying of novacoil or similar, back filling with scoria, and disposal of excess soil. Total length of drain is approx 12m. About 8m is relatively shallow (about 300mm). A 4m section will require digging down around 1.3 at its deepest (furtherest end of drain). See photos.
