Upstairs Toilet gurgling

Hi Hans - yes we did thank you, We will pay tonight. And thanks for good job. We have an upstairs toilet that keeps making a gurgling sound when we flush. And the water is slow to return to the correct level after flushing. I often have to flush twice to make the toilet work correctly . I have used a sink plunger 🪠 in toilet a few times but that doesn't seem to work. The other two toilets on the property are working fine.
