Replace laundry tub tapware and toilet water cistern isolation valve

Time frame ideally this week before Christmas on 23rd or 24th, or on the 29th,30th,31st December. For the laundry I can only turn the cold water tap on to the washing maching. None of the other three taps move. A building report recommended replacing the toilet water cistern valve. The work needs to be done by a trade registered plumber please.
