New outdoor tap needed and galvanised water pipe under house replaced.

We need a new outdoor tap installed at the rear corner of our house. We also need a 10-12 metre length of galvanised water pipe replaced which is under the house and rusting internally. Access under the house is pretty good (you just have to crawl at one end with 0.5m clearance, and the other end has 2.1 metre clearance). If you come around to quote and the price is fair I'm happy to give the job to someone who wants to do it on the spot. Thanks
