Sink waste pipe relocation (outside)

Relocate the waste for our kitchen sink as pictured - it's not low enough for us to install a new door. We're getting a real bad sewer smell every time we open our sink cabinet so also hoping it'll resolve the sewer gas issue. Existing drain hooked directly into the gully trap, new waste needs to be below the soil level pictured. We are the last unit in a row of 5, this sewer line starts at our unit (see photo) Ideally to be completed by 6th March 2021
