Install water line to behind fridge

We have a new build home and we want a waterline installed to behind the fridge. We've taken pics of the kitchen. There is an external tap that we'd like to leverage outside and not far form the back of the fridge if possible. We have all the filter kit etc just need it all plumbed in. the pictures show where we have an existing water supply outside and inside.
