Fix slow drip leak under sink, check washer drain

I have noticed a slow leak under the kitchen sink which is damaging the kitchen cabinet. Looks like a washer or leak on a threaded pipe join. May just need a tighten? Also would be good to get a professional opinion on the setup of the washing machine waste water flow pipe, and if this should be plumbed into the laundry sink waste flow pipe.
