Very happy with the service. Although the problem was very simple and didn't require a repair or replacement at the end. We thought the cost (call out cost) for a 20 minutes visit that didn't end up in any actual work was a bit excessive but we were happy to support our local business. Communication was great and very pleasant to deal with. Thanks for your help.
