Water seeping through at the base of the toilet

As per title. Water started seeping from the base of the toilet around a week ago. Doesn't happen all the time but does appear to be happening with more and more frequency now. Want it to be looked at and potentially fixed before it becomes a major problem. Also just a heads-up that due to the lockdown you will need to have a phone capable of scanning QR codes in order to accept our contract tracing form before entering the building.
