Supertub - tap not turning (tap to washing machine)

On our Robinhood Supertub for our laundry, the cold water tap that outputs to the washing machine is not turning fully and no water is coming out. It turns slightly but is quite stiff and no water flows at all. I have removed to hose to the washing machine and still no water comes out, so it is not blocked after the tap. The normal cold water tap to the sink works fine as well, so it is not blocked before the tap. I think the actual tap/valve needs fixing. I am just not sure how to take it apart without breaking things! Should hopefully be a quick fix. Pictures to show the tap and zoomed in ones shows not sure how to take the tap off. Price obviously dependant on quick fix vs. replacement etc.
