Fix leaks in toilet pans

Minor leaks in 2 toilets, so can see tiny steam or water and from time to time water start to lev l up in tank. I tried clean rubber washer and where it sits to, but didn’t work. Probably needed unscrew and check rubber connectors to pan ? Photos attached
