Plumbing - replace small pipe section between under the house and exterior

There is a small leak on a pipe that goes from under the house to the sleepout. The pipe is 18mm diameter on size but I would like to cut a small section and put a joint. Additional information for you to have is: - There is easy access to the leak issue under and outside the house - There is high water pressure running on the pipe - Easy access to the shut off the main valve - Access from outside to cut the pipe and replace also.
