Drain leak location and repair

I have had a CCTV inspection of my wastewater drainpipe. At a joint the camera could go no further due to obstruction. I need the rest of the wastewater pipe inspected, and then repaired. A dye test showed that our wastewater is leaking on to the neighbour's lawn. It is not clear whether the leak is on our side of boundary - or the neighbour's. The pipe is between 0.61 and 0.63m deep and is under pavers. The length of pipe that needs to be inspected could be up to 8m (from the point of last visual inspection).
