Hot water leak in Woodside rd , Mount Eden unit

We have a hot water system that seems to be leaking hot water somewhere in our flat, which is currently tenanted. There is no obvious sign of water coming into the living areas but we can hear the hot water cylinder is always running slightly and the pipe coming from the cylinder is always hot even when nobody has showered for many hours. Furthermore there seems to be more electricity being used than we would expect. We think we can hear a slight hiss from the wall next to the shower and the leak may be in the wall there but we needs an expert plumber to check. There is no access to under the house. This job is semi urgent, and the best time for it to be done is early Tuesday (16/4) morning 8am.
