This is a 1970’s former council apartment block which has existing piping within an old services riser (photos attached). We’ve removed the service riser and are planning to build a kitchen where it was located and therefore would like to reduce the height of the pipes coming out of the floor (shown in photos) to fit under 150mm toe kick. Also, there’s a stubbed out brunch pipe (photos attached) that we would like to remove as it protrudes out of the proposed kitchen wall. Also, we are relocating the washing machine and would require new plumbing within about 2.5m length strapped wall - we would like to get a quote for this separately.
